Who are we?

The VCY Group of Companies (VCY) is a family-owned business organization in the Philippines which consists of a number of trading, logistics, distribution, manufacturing and investment companies. It aims to maintain its dominant position in several operational activities, while continuing to develop new strategic and financial investments.

VCY traces its roots to its mother company, Teng Hwa Company (鼎華公司), a trading business established in 1928 by a Chinese merchant from Fujian Province, who named it after his two favorite grandsons.
